San Diego Wave Camps is hiring a Site Director for our La Jolla camp (July 27–31, 2026), and additional weeks.This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for candidates looking to grow experience in sports management, youth development, or program leadership.You will oversee all aspects of camp operations, lead a team of coaches, and ensure a professional, safe, and engaging environment for campers.This role offers valuable experience for those pursuing careers in education, athletics, or leadership development.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, support, and evaluate a team of soccer coaches and camp staffManage daily logistics including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and transitionsCommunicate professionally with parents, guardians, and staffUphold and represent the Wave Camps FC brand with professionalism and integrityWhat We Are Looking For From YouBackground in soccer coaching or playing (high school level or higher preferred)Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and conflict-resolution abilitiesHigh energy, professionalism, and accountabilityPassion for youth development through sportsCommitment6-week summer commitment: June 22 – July 31, 2026Must pass a comprehensive background screeningAbility to travel to camp locations with reliable transportationComfortable driving a rented camp van if neededCompensation$1,400 – $1,600 per week, based on experience
