Litigation Attorney

The attorney will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases and representing clients in various legal proceedings.Position Responsibilities:Represent clients at hearings, trials, depositions, and mediation.Gather and analyze evidence and records pertaining to the case.Maintain communication with clients throughout the course of the case.Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements and other legal documents as required.Position Requirements: 3-5 years of prior experience and exposure to civil rights and tort cases.Licensed to practice law in Illinois.Excellent organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.As an equal opportunity employer, Ancel Glink, P.C. welds the talents and perspective of all individuals in the pursuit of professional fulfillment and work-life balance.Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000
