As a Business Analyst, you will work on-site to analyze business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document workflows, and identify process improvements. You will play a critical role in gathering requirements, conducting GAP analysis, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of WMS processes to meet organizational objectives.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate and resolve business challenges effectively.Proven experience in Business Analysis, including documenting Business Requirements and conducting GAP analysis.Ability to map, update, and optimize Business Processes for operational efficiency.Excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present findings clearly.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and understanding of supply chain operations is strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.J-18808-Ljbffr
