Job DetailsDescriptionJob responsibilities+Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer+Greet and check-in members and guests+Sell and promote membership, pass products, retail items, and instruction/course products+Assist with retail receiving+Deliver belay checks and conduct floor walks+Instruct 1-hour Intro to Rope Climbing classes (typically teach up to one lesson per shift)+Ensure customer service delivered aligns with Movement's mission and core values+Opportunity to teach additional courses and work other roles, based on experience and interest+Various other tasks as assignedJob Requirements+Excellent customer service skills/ability to manage positive customer relationships and interactions+Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment+Welcoming and adaptable attitude+Problem solving skills and ability to think creatively+Experience in teaching educational programs and/or experience in the outdoor/climbing industry a plus+Regular evening and weekend availability required+Availability for the winter 2024 holiday season is requiredAdditional InformationMovement is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
