Registered Nurse Med/Surg - PRN NightsJoin Our Deaconess Team! We're looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical/Surgical team at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. As part of our dedicated care team, you'll provide safe, patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills truly matter. Job Overview: Day to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. As part of the Unit, staff will work closely with patients and families in a rewarding environment by coordinating results and communicating with the Deaconess Care Team. Required: Certifications/Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire. Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing Experience: At least one-year previous experience in clinical unit preferred. Compensation: Hourly Range - $31.25-$46.88 Incentives: Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process. Bonus: Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics.
