Project Manager (NYC Area)Framework Engineering (FW) is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The position involves managing façade, roofing, and structural envelope projects throughout the New York City area. This is a hybrid position — primarily remote, with regular site visits for inspections and occasional visits to the main office for coordination meetings, training, or project reviews. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop a long-term career in the building envelope and façade inspection field, with experience in the Local Law 11 (FISP) Program.ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate façade, parapet, roofing, and parking structure inspections.Prepare field reports, photographs, and supporting DOB filings (TR6, PIPS, etc.).Manage project timelines, budgets, and communication between clients, contractors, and engineers.Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, identify deficiencies, and verify compliance.Support senior staff in preparing drawings, technical reports, and restoration specifications.Collaborate with engineers and expediters to facilitate DOB approvals and inspection submissions.Attend occasional in-office meetings for training, coordination, or client presentations.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in façade, roofing, or structural inspection/management.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering preferred.Experience with Local Law 11 (FISP) and Local Law 126 (PIPS) preferred.Applicants with at least 3 years of practical experience in façade and roofing systems may be considered in lieu of a degree.EIT or NCARB experience in progress preferred.ICC Structural Masonry Inspector certification or equivalent a plus.Expertise in concrete, masonry, and façade systems highly desirable.Familiarity with DOB NOW and NYC Building Codes are a must.Must be a U.S. citizen and authorized to work in the United States.
