This role requires a balance of customer empathy, technical depth, and operational rigor to drive scalable innovation across brands, markets, and user groups.Product Strategy & Roadmap Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact enterprise softwareDefine product strategy and partner closely with engineering and operations to build scalable platformsEnsure solutions support multiple brands, markets, and operational modelsProduct execution and delivery Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and release plansWrite clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for B2B featuresPartner with technical leads to scope work, manage trade-offs, and deliver on timeTrack KPIs and usage analytics to measure success and inform iterationStakeholder collaboration and communication Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners including brand leaders, operations, legal, and financeRepresent customer and business needs in Agile ceremoniesLead quarterly planning and product reviews to ensure transparency and alignmentPartner with enablement and support teams to drive successful go-to-market executionCustomer and market understanding Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisionsBalance enterprise customization needs with platform scalability and maintainabilityAdvocate for long-term platform health while meeting near-term business needsWhat You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform technologyProven experience managing multiple product areas and scaling solutions across diverse usersStrong background leading Agile, cross-functional product teamsTechnical fluency to collaborate with engineering and make informed trade-offsTrack record of delivering impactful, user-focused enterprise productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred$55 - $65 an hour We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
