In this role, you aren’t just managing a schedule; you are the heartbeat of the production floor, ensuring our team is supported, our kits are perfect, and our safety standards remain top-tier.How You’ll Spend Your DayLeading with Heart: Train, coach, and supervise our packaging staff, providing the direction they need to grow and succeed.Managing the Flow: Set up production lines, plan daily schedules, and ensure every project stays on track.Ensuring Quality: Act as the final eye for accuracy, ensuring every kit meets our high standards before it heads out the door.Driving Efficiency: Identify ways to make our workflows smoother and safer, implementing cGMP and OSHA best practices.Staying Organized: Keep our production records and inventory tracking sharp and up-to-date.What You Bring to the TableLeadership Experience: A proven track record in a supervisory role within manufacturing or shipping.Expert Communication: You know how to motivate a team and keep everyone on the same page.Technical Savvy: Familiarity with packaging equipment and computer systems for reporting.Resilience: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 lbs).Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus!Why Apply?We believe that work should be more than just a checklist.
