Job Description The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent with excellent customer service skills. As a first point of contact with our guest, you must be well-groomed, presentable, and have a pleasing personality to manage all aspects of the guests' accommodation and needs.· Checking-in guests on arrival and checking out on departure.· Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills· Complying with company procedures and safety policies.· Performing duties on a daily checklist· working with all the hotel staff as a team player to get any guest issues resolved.· Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner· Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries.· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.· Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs.Must have flexible availability.Bi-lingual is a plusJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour·Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. xmcpwfu Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based on organizational needs.
