I'm looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support complex engineering programs throughout the full product lifecycle.In this role, you'll lead technical execution while managing project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional engineering teams. You'll collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering groups, work directly with government and military customers, and help deliver high-quality solutions from proposal through development, integration, and customer support.What we're looking for:✔️ 9+ years of project management experience supporting Aerospace, Defense, or U.S. Government programs✔️ Experience managing projects through proposal, development, qualification, and customer support✔️ Knowledge of subsystem design, requirements management, and technical supplier oversight✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and systems✔️ Military aircraft program experience is highly preferred✔️ Familiarity with PMBOK principles is a plus✔️ Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills✔️ Active Secret Security Clearance required prior to start
