Cluep is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Sales Account Executive to build on foundational success and grow the client base. With exceptional campaign results and a strong base of top-tier media and advertising agency clients globally, Cluep offers client-centric sales professionals the opportunity to introduce exciting, unique capabilities to the marketplace.As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with existing clients and maintaining a fluid communication transition while bringing forth intelligent proposal responses in addition to proactive proposals. You’ll focus on growing our long-standing client base, while generating new leads to grow ad revenue through consultative sales, leading to highly successful campaigns and ongoing programs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop and close mobile advertising opportunities with media and advertising agencies (new and existing Cluep relationships)Establish program opportunities and initiate compelling program recommendations based on a strong understanding of customer goals, strategies and processes – and Cluep product capabilities and best practicesConsultative selling to a wide range of decision makers with varying seniority and experienceBuild comprehensive account plansDevelop responses to RFPs, onboard clients, onto our client dashboard, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to monitor the performance of campaignsCreate strong value based relationships with clientsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure program success, and client satisfaction to drive revenue growthProvide marketplace feedback and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and revenueContribute to end-of-campaign analysis and reporting of results, and develop case studiesDeliver quarterly revenue goalsRequirementsBachelor’s University/College Degree or equivalentMinimum of 2+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in media sales and/or digital media salesProficiency at winning net new business and growing existing businessProven success in building value based relationships with Strategists, Digital Media Planners, Digital Media Managers and Digital Director levelsBenefits:Time off: 3 weeks of paid vacation approx. 2 weeks off during holiday period and 4 extended summer long weekendsSchedule: hybrid work model (3 days in office) with flexible start/end timesWell-being: employer paid extended health benefits and paid sick daysCulture: supportive team environment and inclusive work forceSocial: semi-annual offsite social events, holiday and life event celebrations, quarterly company wide all hands, and more!Cluep is an AI mobile advertising company that helps brands connect with people based on how they feel and what they publicly say, see and hear on social media.
