Help Desk Specialist
Job Summary (FL-DOH--Help Desk Specialist) Provide technical assistance and customer service support to the Florida Department of Health Bureau of Communicable Diseases Patient Care Programs. Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to patient care program systems and services. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily help desk operations and documentation. Carry out clerical duties, including managing emails, phone calls, and documentation. Ensure professional and timely communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
