About The RoleThe role involves building and scaling core user-facing products and the critical services that power them. The team is responsible for delivering high-performance, responsive web interfaces integrated with resilient backend architectures.You will design extensible APIs, optimize database queries, and implement state-of-the-art frontend patterns to ensure a seamless experience for millions of active users.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and deploy robust web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js or PythonDesign and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas in PostgreSQL and Redis for low-latency operationsBuild secure, well-documented RESTful and GraphQL APIs that serve both web and mobile client applicationsImplement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing pipelines to ensure high code quality and prevent regressionsCollaborate with product managers and product designers to translate complex requirements into clean, scalable technical architecturesMonitor, debug, and profile production applications to identify bottlenecks and optimize frontend and backend performanceWhat We Are Looking For3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production-grade web applicationsProficiency with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React or Vue.js, and strong TypeScript skillsStrong backend development experience with Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or GoSolid understanding of relational databases, SQL optimization, and caching strategiesExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools like DockerBonus: Experience with GraphQL federated architectures, mobile development (React Native), or CI/CD pipeline configuration
