Job Family : Application Development Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Active Secret What You Will Do : Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions. Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement. Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite. Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Perform requirements analysis and document results. Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. Update, implement, and maintain existing procedures and deliverables. Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. What You Will Need : A currently ACTICE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Bachelor's degree, an additional FOUR (4) years or more of relevant experience may be used in lieu of bachelor's degree FOUR (4) years of professional experience What Would Be Nice To Have : Experience using Palantir or MAVEN Smart Systems Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, DAX, PowerFx Experience with DoD projects Past work in mapping, intelligence, or geospatial analysis Familiarity with transportation management systems Experience with large-scale IT deployments Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) Experience in a client-facing role, gathering requirements and delivering software solutions The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
