Facilities Coordinator

Rainbow USA Inc. is a leading specialty retailer headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, with nearly 900 stores across the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our Construction Department at the corporate office.Primary ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate knowledge of and experience with local facilities vendors (e.g., HVAC, electricians, plumbers, general contractors) across the continental United States (preferred).Coordinate facility maintenance and repair work with local vendors, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.Source and onboard new vendors as needed to support workload demands while securing competitive pricing.Manage incoming facilities service requests via phone calls and emails, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently.Review, approve, and process invoices related to facility repairs and maintenance.Address and manage state and city violation notices, ensuring compliance and timely resolution.Job RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, property management, vendor management, or a related field.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and familiarity with Lotus Notes (or similar email/calendar systems).Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage in the range of $24.00 – $29.00, commensurate with the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of experience, and prevailing labor market conditions.In addition, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and life insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off (PTO)Rainbow USA Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
