Technical SEO Specialist

About the Role Pink Paradigm is hiring a Technical SEO & AI Optimization Specialist to support our clients across local, multi-location, and service-based businesses. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for audits, fixes, on-site optimization, local SEO, schema, and performance monitoring without requiring oversight or hand-holding. We are looking for someone who understands that SEO today isn't just rankings, but crawlability, conversion intent, AI visibility, local trust signals, and data accuracy working together. If you need step-by-step instructions or rely on others to QA your work, this is not the right role. What You’ll Own Technical SEO & Site Health Conduct technical SEO audits using Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, redirect chains, duplicate content, and canonical conflicts Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability in collaboration with developers Monitor site health trends and proactively flag risks before they impact traffic Onsite SEO & Content Optimization Build or optimize 2–6 onsite pages per month, depending on client tier Optimize long-form, service, location, and product pages for search intent and conversions Apply AI-friendly content formatting Schema & AI Optimization (AIO) Implement and validate foundational schema Ensure schema supports both traditional SERPs and AI scraping tools Test and validate schema using Rich Results Test and structured data validators Local SEO & Authority Signals Execute NAP audits, citation cleanup, and standardization across high-value platforms Monitor and correct inconsistencies at scale Support or execute backlink acquisition, prioritizing relevance and authority Reporting & Performance Monitoring Monitor performance in GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs Contribute to custom Looker Studio dashboards Support reporting with clear insights What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in WordPress, with strong technical depth Deep familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4 (including data quality and attribution awareness), Ahrefs, Screaming Frog Strong understanding of Technical SEO fundamentals, Schema and structured data, AI-friendly content and SERP evolution Comfortable working independently and QA’ing your own work Clear communicator who documents actions and decisions Bonus (Not Required, but Valued) Experience with multi-location or franchise SEO Familiarity with server-side tracking concepts Collaboration experience with paid media teams Understanding of how SEO supports conversion rate optimization and lead quality How We Work At Pink Paradigm, we value ownership, clarity, and execution.
