No call/weekends/holidays. 10-hour shifts. Highly supportive team with excellent work-life balance.Burlington/Lakeland: Independent practice model. 810 hour shifts. Light call (typically one night/week), one holiday/year. Friendly, communicative surgical and nursing staff.Mount Pleasant: Medical direction care team model with opportunities for autonomy. Bread-and-butter cases including general surgery, ortho, urology, vascular. No OB or heavy peds.
