High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in an automated manufacturing environment Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems Proven success improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Preferred Skills Background in welding and metal fabrication Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) Ability to travel internationally for training as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines, robotics, and facility systems Ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, inspections, and reporting Lead, train, and develop a high-performing maintenance team Analyze KPIs, downtime, and incidents to drive data-driven improvements Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime Serve as the primary maintenance contact for production and leadership teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles Why This Job?Our client offers a range of competitive benefits to keep their teams happy, healthy, and invested.
