Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide style options for customers
- Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including stocking shelves
- Process transactions accurately using Shopify
- Provide information on products and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of the Wildfang brand
