Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge - Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise - Demonstrate product features and answer customer questions - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner Qualifications: - Previous retail sales experience preferred - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Knowledge of technology products and ability to explain technical specifications to customers - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
