This person must also demonstrate self-confidence, and positive attitude, toward self and others and maintains commitment and enthusiasm to goal achievement. In addition, develop, and implement, improved methods of operation, to identify, and evaluate, personal strengths and weaknesses, of self and others and to objectively supervise, without personal bias toward individuals. At least 2-year experience in sales, marketing, nursing or social work, interacting with health agencies/professionals. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must be able to effectively communicate, both, in writing, and orally, in English. Must be able to interact with health professional, at all levels.RESPONSIBILITIESDrive business growth by meeting or exceeding census goals.Schedule patients, take vitals signs, set patient's up in rooms.Staff SchedulesMantain staff files up to date according to florida lawsOffice managementWork closely with physicianAnswer calls, collaborate with local facilities and case managersIs responsible for interaction, in the community, and promoting company services.Analyze the potential of the company's service area, to determine target markets.Expand community base and develop referral relationships with but not limited to: senior-service organizations, case managers/discharge planners from hospitals, rehabs and nursing homes, adult day care centers, geriatric physicians, assisted living, retirement communities, etc.Understand local industry trends to represent and differentiate the company and its services in the market.Accurately generate required reports and documentation of marketing activity including weekly schedule, marketing action plan, activity log, etc., within designated time frame.Effective utilization of company resources to ensure an appropriate return on investment.Takes an active role in developing the marketing plan and budget with VP of Business Development by assessing community needs, outlining marketing strategy/objectives, identifying major competitors and identifying specific marketing action items with measurable goals.Develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the center. Majority of time (95%) allocated to external sales development.Actively seeks out and identifies new referral sources and consistently seeks to expand targets to achieve census objectives.Effectively utilizes CMR Company tool to maintain accurate and up to date information on the CRM tools.Takes active role in business meetings. Meets weekly with Administrator/department heads to discuss marketing opportunities, concerns and solutions.
