This is a critical operational role combining financial accuracy with real-time coordination of technicians and customer communication.Business Office Manager Must-Have Experience:Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (accounting)Comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics CRMExperience handling AP / AR, invoicing, and reconciliationsPrior experience in dispatching or scheduling technicians (service industry preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking abilityProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Business Office Manager Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting in Business CentralDispatch service calls to techniciansCreate and manage purchase orders (POs)Process vendor invoices and customer billingMaintain accurate records in CRMCommunicate with customers, technicians, and vendorsBusiness Office Manager Ideal Background:Experience in elevator, HVAC, construction, mechanical, or field service industriesFamiliar with working with property managers and commercial clientsComfortable in fast-paced, high-responsibility environmentsCandidate ProfileLooking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and confident owning office operations.
