Maintenance Team Lead

Summary:This role oversees maintenance operations in a high-speed, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and minimal downtime. The position leads the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs. It involves supervising and mentoring a team of 12–15 technicians while driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies. The role also focuses on troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, PLC, and robotic systems, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Job Requirements:Lead TPM implementation, preventive maintenance programs, and root cause failure analysis to improve equipment reliability and uptime.Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, PLC, VFD, and robotic systems in a high-speed packaging environment.Monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, uptime/downtime) and ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety regulations.Job Qualifications:3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automated equipment.Experience with CMMS systems, Lean principles, and strong troubleshooting, analytical, and team mentoring skills.
