Hardware Migration Consultant (M&A) – ContractLocation: Remote (Must be able to work CT or ET hours)Duration: 6 months (strong potential for extension)About the TeamThis team supports all merger and acquisition (M&A) activity across the organization, focusing on integrating acquired companies into the existing technology environment. Their work is critical to ensuring smooth transitions and operational continuity during acquisitions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Hardware Migration Consultant to support the integration of acquired company assets into the organization’s device management ecosystem. This role will focus on migrating retained hardware into Intune and JAMF environments, ensuring alignment with internal standards and security policies.During periods between active migrations, this consultant will also support asset management initiatives, partnering closely with internal team members.Key ResponsibilitiesMigrate hardware assets from acquired companies into Intune and/or JAMF environmentsConfigure and enroll devices into MDM platforms, ensuring compliance with organizational policiesSupport identity and access alignment using Entra IDCollaborate with M&A and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding of acquired assetsTroubleshoot migration and enrollment issues as they ariseAssist with asset management activities, including tracking, auditing, and lifecycle supportDocument processes and contribute to improving migration workflowsRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft IntuneExperience with MDM solutions (JAMF strongly preferred)Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD)Proven experience migrating hardware into Intune and/or JAMF environmentsExperience with IT asset managementAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting M&A integrationsExposure to enterprise-scale device migration projectsThe projected hourly range for this position is $60 to $75.On-Demand Group (ODG) provides employee benefits which includes healthcare, dental, and vision insurance.
