Role Description This is a contract role for a Millwork Drafter, based local in South Florida is preferred but remote work for good candidates is possible. The Millwork Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed construction drawings, coordinating with design and project teams, planning millwork spaces, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. The role requires a blend of technical drafting proficiency and a strong understanding of architecture and interior design principles. Qualifications AutoCad Proficiency is a must.Experience in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior DesignProficiency in creating accurate Construction DrawingsKnowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications and applicationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and planningProficiency in CAD software or other architectural design toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with high-end or luxury millwork projects is a plusAssociate's or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field preferred
