Data Technical Program Manager

Job Overview: PENNEP is seeking an experienced Data Technical Program Manager (Insurance Domain) to join our client’s dynamic team. We are seeking a Data Technical Program Manager with experience leading enterprise data initiatives within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360), data governance, and cross-functional program management. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the TransUnion (TU)/Epsilon data integration workstream. Manage enterprise data programs from planning through execution. Develop tactical execution plans and long-term strategic roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, architecture, and vendors. Oversee data modeling, governance, quality, and delivery milestones. Coordinate onboarding and implementation of data clean room capabilities. Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and project deliverables. Ensure successful delivery of customer data initiatives. Required Skills and Experience: Experience as a Technical Program Manager or Data Program Manager. Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360). Insurance industry experience (required). Knowledge of data governance, data modeling, and enterprise data integrations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
