Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position for an Energy Engineering Analyst, based in Irvine, CA, with opportunities for remote work. The analyst will support energy audits, analyze building performance data, develop and assess sustainable engineering solutions, and assist with the implementation of energy efficiency projects. Day-to-day tasks include performing data analysis, preparing technical reports, engaging with clients, and collaborating across teams to meet energy and sustainability goals. Qualifications Expertise in Energy Audits, Data Analytics, and Building Performance AnalysisExperience in Building Commissioning, Systems Integration, and Sustainable EngineeringKnowledge of Facilitation, Project Implementation, and Financial AnalysisStrong skills in Communication, Problem Solving, and Technical ReportingProficiency in relevant software tools for energy modeling and data visualizationUnderstanding of energy policies, sustainability standards, and environmental regulationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related fieldLEED, CEM, or other relevant certification is a plus
