Description:***Please apply on our Career page directly: https://lessingsinc.peoplematter.jobs/Position: Office AdministratorJob Duties & Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the office including billing, employee on-boarding, payroll submission, and other tasks as assignedReview and upload invoices through PlateIQPerform bank deposit drops as needed and entering deposits into Accounting programAssist with the onboarding process of new employees in our ATS and Onboarding systemWork with HR/Payroll Manager to ensure all time and attendance information is accurate to ensure weekly payroll is accurateCommunicate with Corporate office regarding new vendors, insurance forms, permit information, etc.Process weekly packet with petty cash/pay out receipt, copies of invoices, deposit tickets to be sent to the Corporate Office in NYSupport Catering and Operations teams by communicating with clients as neededQualifications:1-3 years experience in Office Administration or similar positionStrong computer skills: Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Gmail)Effective interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiples tasks simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written communication skills
