Position Summary The Office Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This individual serves as the central point of coordination for administrative activities and provides support to leadership and staff in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents Coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, and company events Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems Track deadlines, follow-up items, and administrative priorities Manage office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing as needed Perform data entry and maintain records with a high degree of accuracy Assist management and staff with special projects and general administrative support Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a related role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Experience handling confidential information Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience supporting multiple departments or senior leaders Familiarity with office equipment and standard administrative procedures Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, and resourceful.
