Logistics Specialist - NA Region - Houston, TX (f/m/x)

Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerform both manual and clerical logistics duties including shipping, receiving, inspection, warehousing, and returns.Operate material-handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, banding tools) safely to move equipment and components.Coordinate with external carriers and internal teams for accurate pickup and delivery.Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments; verify content and documentation; address damages or discrepancies.Manage inventory and reorder shipping/packing supplies as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace following SOPs and safety protocols.Perform other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESProficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with Lean or Kaizen methodologies (preferred).Skilled in handling material-handling tools such as pallet jacks, banding tools, etc.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across technical and global teams.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small team environment.Willingness and ability to travel internationally for meetings and training.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations.This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.
