Position: Head of PerformanceLocation: Europe – Fully remoteA long-standing partner of FinTop Consulting is looking to hire a Head of Performance who will be leading strategy and AI workflow performance. Whilst reporting directly to the CMO, you will also be managing a team of 10-15 marketing employees. Some additional responsibilities are as follows:Managing and optimizing market strategies Scaling campaignsOffering expertise in marketing advertisements, how to increase exposure etc.Identifying and executing growth opportunitiesMaximising B2C output Essential Skills: The non-negotiablesOver 10 years of experience in all things marketing Data and result-driven – must be stated in your CV.Must have experience with the acquisition of paid adsAll over the latest AI trends, tools, and products Background coming from the Broker/Trading industryInterview Process:1st stage – Video call with CMO – Understanding your background and motivations 2nd stage (FINAL) – Meeting with CMO & CEO – Discussing company plans and how all parties will align.OFFER
