We've generated 39.5M+ Robux (~$150K USD), sold 2.6M+ items, and built brand collaborations with artists and labels across the music and fashion industry. We move fast and we're building something real.We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support the Founder & CEO directly across brand operations, partnerships, and content strategy.What You'll DoManage and organize communication across email, Discord, and iMessage — following up on brand deals, artist outreach, and partnership negotiationsHelp draft and track contracts, NDAs, and licensing agreements for brand collaborationsAssist in coordinating meetings with label contacts, brand partners, and platform teams (Roblox, Saturn Live, etc.)Support the preparation of pitch decks, one-pagers, and investor materialsMonitor R2NYC's Roblox creator dashboard and help compile quarterly revenue reportsKeep tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups organized across multiple active ventures (R2NYC, NYC Salon, iRLXP, Triad)Research potential brand partners, artists, and market opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForHighly organized with strong written communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentInterest in Roblox, digital fashion, streetwear, or the creator economyFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Discord, and basic project managementProactive — you follow up without being askedBased in or familiar with NYC culture is a plusWhat You'll GainDirect mentorship from a founder operating across digital fashion, music partnerships, and youth entrepreneurshipReal exposure to brand deal negotiation, licensing, and the Roblox creator economyPortfolio-worthy experience in a fast-growing digital brandInsight into investor relations, pitch building, and startup operationsThis is an unpaid internship.
