The company values collaboration, innovation, and making a positive impact in the community.Role DescriptionThis is an in-person contract position for Benefits Enrollment Specialists based in Arkansas. The role involves assisting employees with enrollment into benefits programs, guiding them through available options, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. The Benefits Enrollment Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries related to employee benefits, and collaborate with internal and external teams to process benefits-related information efficiently. The role also includes assisting with credentialing processes and maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines. This is for a 2 to 3 month project with opportunity for two individuals that will be chosen for ongoing enrollment support positions throughout the year.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address inquiries professionally and empatheticallyKnowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance processes, including enrollment and plan optionsExperience with Credentialing processes and maintaining compliance standardsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityProficiency in relevant software systems and toolsPrior experience in a benefits or insurance-related role is a plusMust have reliable transportation and available for occasional in-state travel
