We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.Responsibilities Include:Lead, develop, and manage warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational goalsOversee inbound and outbound freight operations, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organizationMonitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, transportation, and planningDrive productivity, labor efficiency, and cost control measuresManage staffing levels, scheduling, and training to support operational needsCommunicate with clients and vendors to ensure service expectations are metIdentify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectivelyReport key operational metrics and improvement plans to senior leadershipIdeal Candidate Should Possess:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution managementProven leadership and team development experienceStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportationProficiency with WMS, TMS, and MS Office applicationsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
