Change Management Consultant

Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days’ work from home)Hours: TBA as this may support different time zoneSummary:The Change Manager role will deliver end-to-end change management across complex, global transformation projects. This role focuses on delivering change management activities for the implementation of new technology platform, process improvement, transition initiatives, and organizational restructuring by embedding change strategies that foster readiness, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change.What You’ll Do• Stakeholder Alignment & Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and impacted teams.• Prepare SMEs and end users for change, deliver key messages, and assess changes across a portfolio of projects.• Design and execute creative engagement campaigns tailored for impacted audiences, driving awareness and enthusiasm for the new technology and change.• Translate project information and data into compelling visuals that support project objectives.• Develop and deliver communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of change.• Conduct readiness assessments and adoption assessments to evaluate preparedness and track progress.• Support training strategies, plans, and materials to embed new ways of working.• Contribute to refining methodologies and integrating best practices, especially for AI and digital transformation.What You’ll Need• Proven expertise in leading end-to-end change management for large-scale system implementations.• Experience driving adoption of digital solutions through change interventions.• Experience supporting org design and developing comprehensive change plans for new operating models.• Ability to conduct readiness and adoption assessments and track transformation progress.• Experience designing creative engagement campaigns for AI and digital change.• Strong organizational skills managing extensive user content repositories in platforms such as Sharepoint and Teams.• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with credibility at senior leadership level.• Ability to analyse engagement data and feedback to refine interventions.• Ability to define SLAs and KPIs to measure change success.• Relevant change qualifications (PROSCI, APMG, CMI).Years of experience: 8-10+ yearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience in lieu of degree will be consideredAbout Us:Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
