Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance .NET Developer / Lead Las Vegas NV Onsite Role Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET 6+, C#). Architect and implement Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) solutions using messaging and streaming platforms. Design and develop custom integrations between internal and external applications. Leverage integration platforms and tools to build scalable and reusable integration solutions. Develop REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define integration strategies. Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements. Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor junior team members. Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex integration issues. Required Skills Strong expertise in C# and .NET/.NET Core. Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) concepts and implementation. Strong experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar platforms. Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices. Hands-on experience in custom enterprise integrations across multiple applications and platforms. Experience working with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and distributed systems. Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
