I'm looking for a technical co-founder — someone who wants to own what they build.HustleXP needs a driven, entrepreneurially minded engineer to be the technical backbone of this platform. You'll have real equity, real decision-making power, and a real stake in where this goes.**What You'll Lead**You'll architect and build the HustleXP platform from the ground up — owning the iOS experience in SwiftUI, designing the back-end infrastructure, and integrating the AI systems that make our platform intelligent and adaptive. This isn't a support role. You'll be making foundational technical decisions that shape the product and the company.**What We're Looking For**- Strong proficiency in **SwiftUI** and native iOS development- Experience with **back-end development** and API architecture (Node.js, Python, or similar)- Hands-on experience with **AI/ML integration** — whether that's LLM APIs, recommendation systems, or automation pipelines- Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous environments where you define the path forward- A builder's mindset — you care about craft, scalability, and shipping things that matter- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a strong plus- A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is valued, but what you've built matters more**What You Get**Meaningful equity with real upside.
