Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Support staff: CRNAs are medically supervised by anesthesiologists • Coverage Type: Needing 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off set schedule and the 2nd provider to work 3x12s ideally doing Thurs, Fri, Sat, nights (7p-7a) Work Details: • Facility Type: hospital; Level II • Practice Setting: OR • EMR/Charting Software: Epic • Avg. Daily Census: 3-7 cases per day • Patient Age Group: adult • Procedures: No hearts. No peds (they have a pediatric team that does 90% of the peds cases). Mostly general and neuro. Ability to do Spinal Anesthesia: preferred. Willing to work OB: preferred. Support Staff for nights: 3 CRNAs in house on nights and a peds CRNA on call and heart CRNA on call. There is one in house MD. Typically will allow 2 OR rooms at night with one CRNA available for OB emergencies and traumas. When not working they have call rooms they can sleep in.
