The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic care to clients and support the professional growth of supervisees in a collaborative, remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needsOffer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensureAssess client needs and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standardsUse evidence-based therapeutic approaches and crisis intervention techniquesEnsure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policiesPromote a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environmentEngage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of best practices in counseling and supervisionRequirementsQualifications:Valid, active LPC-S license in the state of TexasExperience providing clinical supervision to LPC-Associate or LPC candidatesStrong clinical counseling skills and ability to work with diverse populationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote settingCommitment to professional development and ethical practicePreferred Qualifications:Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care)Experience with telehealth service deliveryBilingual abilities (Spanish-English) are a plus
