Environmental, Health and Safety ManagerSAVI EHSGoodyear, AZ (On-site)Compensation$45.00 – $50.00 per hourLocal Candidates Only – No Per DiemEmployment TypeFull-TimeJob Description – EHS ManagerSAVI EHS is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to lead safety operations on an active construction project in the Goodyear, AZ area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing construction safety programs in fast-paced environments and possess professional safety credentials such as OSHA 30, OSHA 510, CHST, STSC, ASP, GSP, CSP, or equivalent.This role will work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure compliance, drive proactive safety initiatives, and promote a strong site-wide safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance across all project operationsConduct and document daily EHS inspections and auditsLead site-specific safety orientations and ongoing training initiativesParticipate in and oversee Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) processesInvestigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsCoordinate and monitor crane, rigging, and steel erection activitiesEnsure subcontractor compliance with all project EHS requirementsPartner with project leadership to promote an injury-free workplaceTrack, analyze, and report leading and lagging safety indicatorsReview and assist with development of site-specific safety procedures and plansMentor field personnel and reinforce positive safety engagement throughout the projectServe as liaison between project teams, client representatives, and safety leadershipMinimum Requirements5+ years of construction EHS experience in a lead or management roleSteel erection and large commercial construction experience highly preferredOSHA 30 requiredOSHA 510, CHST, STSC, ASP, GSP, CSP, or equivalent credentials preferredSome college education or degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field preferredStrong understanding of construction safety regulations and field implementationProficiency with Microsoft Office and digital safety management platformsStrong communication, leadership, and field coordination skills
