The ideal candidate will have experience supporting construction safety programs in fast-paced environments and possess foundational safety credentials such as OSHA 30, GSP, CHST, STSC, or equivalent.This role will work closely with project leadership and site safety teams to help maintain compliance, support daily field operations, and reinforce a strong safety culture throughout the project.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance across project operationsConduct and document daily EHS inspections and observationsAssist with delivering site-specific safety orientations and trainingsParticipate in Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) processesSupport incident investigations and corrective action trackingAssist with monitoring crane, rigging, and steel erection activitiesHelp ensure subcontractor compliance with project EHS requirementsPromote safe work practices and positive safety engagement in the fieldTrack and assist with compiling safety metrics and documentationCollaborate with project teams to identify and address potential hazardsSupport project leadership with implementation of site-specific safety proceduresAssist with maintaining documentation and digital safety management systemsMinimum Requirements3+ years of construction EHS experience preferredSteel erection and large commercial construction experience highly preferredOSHA 30 requiredGSP, CHST, STSC, or equivalent credentials preferredSome college education in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and digital safety management platformsStrong communication and field coordination skillsAbility to work night shift in an active construction environment
