Start Date ASAP - ongoingSchedule Weekdays and Weekends availableWeekday Shift types:8 or 11 or 13 hour shifts1st call: 24hr call from hotel, 30 min max arrival back1st call starts at 7am and is assigned the longest room. 1st call will also then assume any cases running past 7pm. Once cases are done, 1st call may go home/hotel and will be on call to return to the facility with a 30 minute maximum arrival back to the hospital, any time until 7am the following dayWeekend Shift Types:OB - IN HOUSE 24 hours1st Call - 24hr shift from hotel with 30 min callbackClinical Details Operating Room, with labor and delivery. Neuro, spine, ortho, gyn, oncology, and occasional pediatrics. The number of cases is roughly 50/month between OB and OR.There are no CRNA'sNo TraumaRequirements Must be proficient in Nerve blocksMust be board certified or in the exam system within 5 years of residency/fellowshipActive CA License/DEA in-hand. Local or California based preferred.Clean background with zero MP casesEMR: SIS in OR and Quadramed on the floors
