Job Title: Project Manager Location: Coral Gables, FL Pay Rate Range: $65.00/Hr. - $75.00/Hr. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience as an IT Program Manager with 10+ years of experience, including strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, governance . • Strong enterprise IAM domain expertise, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication • Proven experience leading cross-functional program delivery, managing large IAM initiatives, coordinating with security. Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Well versed in IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar identity solutions. • Experience working in cybersecurity, compliance, and identity governance programs. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across enterprise environments.
