Location: Berlin, VTFacility Type: Level III Trauma CenterStart Date: ASAP (Preference for long-term locum)Contract Type: Locum Tenens Schedule & Call: Weekdays: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PMCall Shifts: 24-hour call (first 10 hours in-house, remainder home call)Weekend Call: Home call rotation with 20-minute response timeEMR: Epic Clinical Scope: Daily Volume: 4 5 procedures/day (up to 10 on cataract days)Case Mix Includes:Ortho (regional anesthesia)OB (spinal/epidural)Central & arterial line placementAirway management Team Structure: Solo practice on non-call daysMedical direction of CRNAs & AAs on call daysOccasional senior anesthesia resident supportWeekday support from surgical team & anesthesia techs Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in AnesthesiologyCertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALSLicense: Active Vermont license (Required); must be able to obtain temporary privileges quickly
