Hi Team, Please find the below RequirementJob Title: Service Order / EAM Lead Duration:12 Months Location: REMOTE | Travel will be required to the client location in Tempe, AZ 852We intend to travel when required by the project but generally folks can expect to travel every other week, Monday-Thursday.Job Description/ ResponsibilitiesLead and collaborate in the design of IS-U Service Orders, Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes by integrating the various platform (such as Maximo, Work Manager, Vx Field, etc to enable the improvement of business processes Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of business process areas Responsible for SAP Service Orders, Work Orders and Enterprise Asset Management solution design on client projects Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs on S/4HANA implementations for Utilities Ability to write functional specs, configure the system and problem solve. Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design, Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of business process areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate IS-U Service Orders and EAM with other cross functional tracks. Business process design for customer field service work and capital work for service connections and meters Experience in standard SAP field workforce scheduling, dispatch, and the completion of field work through the deployment and standard integration (including GIS integration) Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the SAP EAM module. Support the project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables Mentor less experienced consultants Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases. Assist with other SAP EAM sales and marketing activities Proven track record of successful SAP IS-U project delivery in a consulting environment.
