Maintenance Mechanic

Key Responsibilities'Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery (motors, pumps, conveyors, boilers) to prevent breakdowns.Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, repairing or replacing components like sensors, valves, and belts.Equipment Installation: Assemble, install, and adjust new or existing machinery.Facility Maintenance: Perform general repairs to buildings, including electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and structural elements.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations (OSHA), utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.Documentation: Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze malfunctions and implement efficient solutions.Physical Stamina: Capacity to lift heavy equipment, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
