Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Irving, Dallas, or Frisco, TX (Hybrid – Every Alternate Week Onsite)Industry: Retail / E-commerceEmployment Type: ContractKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices to support e-commerce platforms.Develop AI-powered solutions, including chatbot integrations, recommendation engines, search optimization, and automation tools.Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and retail/e-commerce platforms.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Required Qualifications5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Python.Experience building scalable web applications and APIs.Knowledge of AI/ML integrations, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or chatbot development.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Retail or E-commerce environments.Knowledge of recommendation systems, personalization engines, or customer analytics.Experience with vector databases, RAG architecture, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, or AI frameworks.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
