Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant Leader & Assistant General Manager who is committed to quality service, team building and wants to be part of a growing company!ResponsibilitiesEnsure that Every Guest Leaves HappyBuild and develop a culture of hospitality by motivating team members to provide superior customer service.Monitor restaurant atmosphere throughout the day, including music levels, lighting levels, temperature, and tv channelsCommunicate the need for repairs or maintenance to the leadership teamEnsure health and safety standards are followedRemain active on the floor, being of service to the team while table-touching the guests in the restaurantIdentify high-potential team members and assisting in developing them for leadership roles (Shift lead, Manager-in-Training)Facilitate regular coaching sessions and One-On-Ones with FOH team membersManage any administrative responsibilities required for the restaurant.
