Based on a 50-hour workweek: 40 regular / 10 overtime) (compensation varies by region and market)Quarterly bonusesMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off, paid holidays and sick leaveCareer advancement opportunitiesEmployee referral bonusesWhat You'll DoLead and oversee daily operations at assigned restaurant locationsServe as acting general manager when needed and support multiple restaurantsDrive operational excellence in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitalityLead, coach, and develop high-performing teams and future leadersBuild a strong leadership pipeline by mentoring AGMs, shift leaders, and team membersOwn operational execution including opening, mid-shift, and closing proceduresBe the final decision-maker on escalated guest concerns, leading with hospitalityManage labor, food, and operating costs to achieve financial goalsAnalyze reports and trends to improve performance and profitabilityPartner with the district manager to execute strategic and operational initiativesFoster a positive, inclusive, and accountability-driven cultureSupport local marketing and community engagement effortsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of restaurant senior management experience requiredStrong understanding of both FOH & BOH operationsProven leadership and people development skillsExperience managing P&L, labor, and cost controlsAbility to coach, hold accountability, and inspire teamsDetail-oriented, organized, and solution-focusedTech savvy (POS, KDS, Dayforce, Microsoft Office)Bilingual English/Spanish preferredValid food manager certification requiredFlexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidaysWilling and able to travel between locationsWho We AreWe are Lunatics driven by culture, standards, and teamwork.
