Med-Surg Nurse (RN) in Fayetteville, AR

Provide skilled nursing care as a Medical-Surgical RN on the night shift at a well-established healthcare facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This contract opportunity spans approximately 13 weeks and offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to patient-centered care. Expect to start as soon as possible, participating in every other weekend shifts, helping deliver critical support to patients during overnight hours.Responsibilities:Administer direct nursing care for medical-surgical patients following established protocols and standards.Monitor patient conditions and make timely decisions to ensure safety and recovery.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Adhere to infection control and patient safety policies.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg RN experience required.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.Ability to work nights from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with every other weekend required.Reliable transportation, and candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.Applicants must provide home address and Social Security Number upon submission.Location Highlights: Fayetteville, Arkansas, offers a blend of urban and natural amenities with a welcoming community feel.
